Al Riaz Chemicals is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and motivated Assistant to the General Manager with a strong interest in sales and prior sales experience. This role is ideal for someone who wants to work closely with senior leadership while growing their career in sales within a dynamic chemical industry environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations, sales activities, and strategic initiatives.

• Manage schedules, meetings, and business correspondence on behalf of the GM.

• Support sales-related tasks including follow-ups, customer coordination, and documentation.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and sales summaries as required.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution of tasks.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and sales information.

• Track pending tasks, especially sales leads, and ensure timely completion.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

• 3 months to 1 year of experience in sales (chemical industry experience preferred).

• Strong interest in developing a long-term career in sales.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities

• Male candidates preferred.

Full-time (8:45 AM – 5:10 PM)

Salary: PKR 50,000 – 70,000 (based on experience)
