- To Manage a team of 45 AC Techs.
- Ensure optimization of HVAC system.
- To ensure efficient use of available resources.
- To prepare complete drawing new installation of unitss.
- Prepare material requests for installation.
- Prepare HVAC maintenance and upkeep routines.
- Ensure reduced downtime in air conditioning systems available in area.
- To perform any kind of CM & PM.
- To ensure efficiency and motivation of HVAC team.
- To ensure training needs of team.
- Carry out upkeep projects in subject domain.
