| Job Description: |
- Maintain discipline with Engineers, Supervisors and operators. And other department
- Impalement the monthly production plan on daily basis on shop floor.
- Ensure proper handling of mold, material and machinery.
- Prepare and maintain technical record of mold and processing of raw material and all maintenance and production activity.
- Assist department head in all production activities to meet all quantity and quality targets.
- Fill in daily shift report after gathering information from shift supervisor.
- Ensure that machine are loaded according to manufacturing plan any deviation /change required to be communicated to HOD.
- Prepared check sheet and daily monitoring sheet and mail to manager molding and Tech Director.
- Prepared visual inspection sheets.
- Take inventory of finished goods and deliver to store.
- Received and issuing raw material, packing material and miscellaneous items from to store to production floor.
- Prepared weekly and monthly production and break down report.
- Responsible whole processing activities of closure molding and prepared and filled to all related documents and sheets.
- Optimize processes by ensuring good part at lowest possible consistent cycle time. Final approval to be signed off by manager molding and Tech. Director.
- Communicate shift report to manager molding and system manager via to Email at the end of shift.
- Responsible whole molding activities if molding Engineer and supervisor absent to arrange engineer and supervisor to for run smooth production.
