Job Description:

1. Should be able to understand material and drawing.

2. Should be able to understand process like forging, machining surface treatment.

3. Should be able to carry out stage wise inspection and final inspection

4. Should be able to jointly inspection with 3rd party inspectors ensuring product Qualifies.

5. Planning and organizing production schedules.

6. Assessing project and resource Requirements.

7. Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales.

8. Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met.

9. Determining quality control standards

10. Overseeing production processes.

11. Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary.

12. Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials.

13. organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment

14. supervising the work of junior staff
