Job Description:

Assist Project Engineer in conducting technical survey of CPIs / damage assessment in the villages

Assist Project Engineer in Design and preparation of cost estimates of CPIs.

Assistant Project Engineer in preparing sub project proposals for every individual CPI.

Assist Project Engineer in guiding and training of communities in implementation of water and sanitation schemes.

Assist Project Engineer in making case studies and reports of successful CPIs.

Monitoring of schemes.

Ensure quality of material

Assist Project Engineer in financial management of schemes funds

Conducting training for Operation and maintenance schemes

Assist Project Engineer on job training of community during implementation of a CPI.

Coordinate with staff in other organs of the programme

Preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly work plans

Reporting progress to Project Coordinator

Preparing presentation in case of official visitor’s arrival in the office. Participation in the PPM and staff meetings.

The person should have well aware organizational Implementation strategies.

Required Skills:

Report Writing , time and resource management,Interpersonal and business communication skills.,advanced computing skills including MS-Office.
