Coordinate with staff in other organs of the programme

Coordinate with visiting teams

Ensure that project is implemented according to the plan

Preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly  work plans

Reporting progress to Project Coordinator

Preparing presentation in case of official visitor’s arrival in the office.

Participation in the PPM and staff meetings
