1.       Overall Responsible of Execution of Work at Site 

2.       Custodian of the project site and assets, site security

3.       Ensure the attendance of subordinate staff is as per project timing on daily basis

4.       Ensure that every subordinate will work as per the defined JD’s

5.       Ensure to running the smooth activities at Site & you are required to be present at the site if any activity is continued on site even after office hours, especially where your presence is required

6.       Responsible to highlight any discrepancies in the work schedule and provide justification when the deadlines are not met to Competent Authority well in time

7.       Ensure to preparation of writing program register & implementing the work plan on daily basis

8.       To ensure site execution is as per the requirement of project

9.       Ensure maximum utilization of labor and get the work as per the standards and schedules.

10.   To arrange if the additional labor is required with solving the all issues related to labor and related staff

11.   Ensuring the progress and quality of work in coordination with CM & SM R&P

12.   To check requests and test approvals regularly through CM/SM R&P and ensure that these activities are not pending at any point

13.   To implement of Site work plan and monitoring of all site execution
