| Job Description: |
- Prepare instruction manuals and other supporting documents to communicate complex and technical information easily.
- Study product samples and discuss with product designers and developers
- Organize and write supporting documents for products
- Use photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users’ understanding
- Select appropriate medium for message or audience, such as manuals or online videos
- Revise documents as new issues arise
- Demonstrated experience of developing SRS and other software project documentation.
- Logical and critical ability to draw and chart out information neccessary for documentation.
- Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
- Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
- Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides
- Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications
- Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
- Create and maintain the information architecture
