- Developing outlet's strategies to raise customer's pool and optimize profitability.
- Responsible for sales outlet's economic results.
- Responsible for complete administration of sales outlet and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to outlets staff.
- Ensuring high level of customers satisfaction through excellent services.
- Report on buying trends, customers needs, profits, etc..
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances).
