Job Description:

We are recruiting Logistics and Store In-charge for our factory located near Kot abdul malik, sheikhupura road.

Experienced candidates are encouraged to apply

· Maintains inventory and supplies by receiving storing and delivering items, securing warehouse, supervising staff.

· Moves inventory to and from warehouse coordinating inventory transfers with related departments.

· Deliver supplies to departments by receiving and transferring materials.

· Maintains storage area by organizing floor space adhering to storage design principles, recommending improvements.

· Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts, reconciling variances, inputting data.

· Responsible to manage overall Inventory & Warehouse/Store Operation

· Capacity Utilization.

· Layout Design for Inventory Areas.

· Moves inventory to and from warehouse, coordinating inventory transfers with related departments

· Inventory Management

· Induction of Quality Inspections of Incoming Stocks.Team Training.

· Exercise direct responsibility for the planning, organizing, direction, and control of all activities associated with the development of the Logistics & Warehouse Management Plans.

· Plans organizes, directs, and controls activities related to the Warehouse Operations functions

· Lead continuous improvement, problem-solving, and team building activities related to the Operations functions

· Set inventory by batch wise and Specific item code.

· Manage stock by using the FIFO method.

· Manage monthly & weekly scheduled safety & quality audits along with the surprise ones.

· Presenting written reports and analyses to senior managers

· Ensure that the material inward the same as the purchase order, and in good condition.

· Push short expiry items in retail and wholesale.

· Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory

· Report to upper management on stock levels, issues etc. Finish Goods Warehousing & Logistics:

· Ensuring smooth operation for stock transfer and sale dispatches.

· Efficient utilization of available resources to achieve daily dispatch target

· Weekly and monthly cycle count to ensuring 100% stock accuracy.

· Responsible for Negotiating with local suppliers/ vendors in terms of lead time and quantity.
