| Job Description: |
We are urgently looking for Desktop and Laptop Technician who can monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks within an organization. Who can repair and fix the issues in Desktops and Laptops.
- Installing software or hardware
- Maintaining and repairing equipment
- Troubleshooting different computer issues
- Ensure technical support of Hardware, Software and Network to all staff.
- Provide hardware, software and LAN troubleshooting to staff in minimum possible time
- Maintain all hardware of office and do appropriate services on time
- Maintain and administer company servers in all aspect i.e., services, software upgrades etc.
- Providing technical support on-site or via phone or email
- Maintain data security and backups in office
- Responsible for system installation & configuration
- Responsible for arranging sourcing and computer related purchases
- Making final negotiation with the vendors in IT related purchases
- Selection and performance evaluation of vendors
- Responsible for the selection of new IT hardware and software
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
