| Job Description: |
- Supervise daily communication between Merchandisers and Dubai Office and ensure that all emails/developments and matters are being taken care by each merchandizer in proper way.
- Ensure immediate answering and coordination with other departments in any unexpected problem for problem solving.
- Provide proper guidelines to Merchandisers when they seek advice.
- Ensure that all Merchandisers are following defined procedures and policies in their operations and communications. Also ensure that all Merchandising Staff 100% conforms to the PPC division plan through timely validations and in no case deviate from the plan. If there are any unforeseen deviations, coordinate well with PPC and come up with a mutual solution without causing delays.
- In cases where the delay is unavoidable, coordinate with customers/Dubai Office well in advance for taking extensions for samples, POs, packaging, product inspections and etc.
- Immediately take care of sensitive matters or complaints of buyers and perform thorough investigation and make/ask for plans to measures.
- Ensure that merchandisers must coordinate with logistic team, Dubai sales team, PPC and production team to plan the Ex-Factory date of orders.
- Manage all the activities related to accessories through immediate staff and ensure that no delays occur in production orders.
- Finalize the artworks of accessories& assemble instruction sheets etc.
- Responsible for all the product development and sampling activities and ensure that all the samples get approved by Dubai office and customers on time so that production can be run on time.
- Manage all the product inspection activities through product inspection coordinators.
- Arrange / schedule product inspection visits of auditors and facilitate them during their inspections.
- Arrangement of net fabric for Tana Netting according to demand.
- Lodge claims to suppliers against products received below quality, or non-conforming to specifications.
