| Job Description: |
- Reporting to Senior Civil Engineer/Manager Civil Engineer to get the knowledge of different construction activities and, to learn the construction and maintenance activities during the training period.
- He/she will be given different assignments in related field and guidance will be provided from time to time for his/her improvement. After completion of training period, he/she will be appraised and also provided ongoing feedback during the training. The trainee will have the opportunity to eork with Senior Civil Engineers and develop their skills in related fields.
- The incumbent will be required to conduct construction studies of sites to identify engineering problems and assess the potential impact of projects. He/she will be responsible to manage the minor repair and maintenance jobs of civil works in different locations including the repair, maintenance, and replacement of LNH infrastructure.
- Incumbent must have good work knowledge, be proficient in computer operations specially, engineering related softwares like Auto CAD, flowcharts, Gantt charts etc, and have the ability to think methodically and to manage projects/assignments within given timelines
- Recently qualified engineers can apply as work experience is not a requirement
