1. Look after the overall management of the CEO’s office. Responsibly ensure that all necessary equipment is working properly availability of office items such as tissue papers, stationery etc.
2. Organize, update and maintain CEO’s confidential and routine documents, letters and retrieve them when required.
3. Carry out mail, courier and telephonic coordination, fix appointments, schedule meetings on behalf of the CEO.
4. Keep proper track of all upcoming meetings, events, appointments and conventions to remind the CEO in due time.
5. Receive and attend to CEO’s guests. Attend official meetings and events with the CEO.
6. Make arrangements for CEO’s travel including air ticket booking, hotel booking, visa processing, passport dealing and making various reservations.
7. Perform the role of coordinator between the company departments & CEO; and ensure the smooth flow of information.
