| Job Description: |
- Responsible for running smooth day to day operations while keeping optimum level of production in timely manner with cost effective solutions and quality measures.
- Responsible for on job trainings and mentoring of team members. Should have hands on experience of European and Taiwani Rotogravure, Solvent based & Solvent less Lamination and Slitting Machine
- Drive maximum throughput within the department by reducing set up times and increasing uptimes and machine speeds
- Responsible for accurate production documentation/data entry.
- Support effective labor utilization and efficiencies through participating in the process of employee scheduling, appropriate use of overtime.
- Minimize waste within the department by driving awareness, training and accountability.
- Execute Daily/ Weekly Production Plan, Manage Work force (Shifts)
- Proven skills in managing people, and knowledge of corrugated converting equipment are required
