Job Description:

•To monitor telephone usage & expenses •To monitor kitchen & mess services •To perform protocol duty to visitors / guests at reception area •To maintain all the forms, files & documents related to Admin •To maintain summaries of utility bill expenses & Admin expenses •To ensure timely payment of utility bills •To support the receptionist cum operators as back up •To assist Admin Department in routine office work •To perform any special duty assigned by seniors
