Provide functional expertise in establishing HSE requirements:

• Provide HSE and technical support for general queries and report on HSE performance and best practice
• Support the site management team in appropriate HSE leadership
• Liaise with all site personnel to ensure effective use of best practice and consistency in approach to HSE activities
• Promote a risk-based approach to HSE management
• Effectively support the implementation of the following Requirements:
• Lead initiatives to promote visible and pro-active management commitment and employee involvement in HSE activities
• Participate in workplace activities to raise the quality of HSE input, including JRAs, incident investigation and risk management
• Adopt a governance role to check compliance with these requirements:
• Provide oversight to ensure all site activities have effective work safety arrangements
• Actively promote and monitor the management of change issues and change
• Monitor and review HSE performance to drive continual improvement:
• Support the implementation and achievement of campaign HSE objectives and performance measures
• Stimulate improvements to procedures and work practices
• Participate in and facilitate HSE audits, reviews & assessments
• Support the collecting, storing, analyzing, tracking and reporting of HSE performance data (e.g. Incident report findings, statistics, audit actions)
