SIP @ Cakes & Bakes is designed to nurture the potential and polish the skills of young graduates. This will provide a prospect for fresh graduates to work in a dynamic environment, and learn retail business processes in real time. The program is focused toward retail selling and branch management. Duration of the program will range between 6-8 weeks.
