Job Requirements:
- Must be able to assist seniors in implementation of company policies and procedures
- Must be aware with general office duties/equipment such as computer, bookkeeping, correspondence, filing etc.
- Must be able to handle Time Management System and leave matters
- Must be able to organize and manage the staff Mess as per company policy
- Can maintain records of Social Security & Employee Old Age Benefits.
- Must have good coordination skill in order to co-ordinate with HoDs for travel and accommodation plans of guests.
- Must be able to keep records of all company’s vehicles, their maintenance, registration etc. and inform Head Office accordingly
