| Job Description: |
This is a technical writing position to write programmer’s guides, API references, administrator guides, and other technical material for our software products. You will work closely with our development team.
Qualification:
- Must have an BCS/MCS in computer science or equivalent
- 3+ years experience in technical writing preferred
- Excellent writing skills in English required
- Programming background a strong plus in C++, Java, or C#
- Strong ability to take ownership and work independently
Responsibilities include:
- Work with DEV and QA teams to learn product functionality
- Write product manuals, guides, and references
- Help write technical marketing material
