| Job Description: |
- Developing maintenance procedures and ensuring implementation
- Monitor all electrical, hydraulic, mechanical and other relevant systems of building on daily basis
- Monitor and maintenance of heating, cooling, ventilation and boiler system on daily basis
- Installation & maintenance of equipment, panels, sensors, relays, cable wires etc
- Responsible for maintenance of generators
- Responsible for A/C operations & maintenance
- Responsible for evaluating problematic systems and execute the appropriate actions need to be performed in installation and repair services
- Keep Maintenance Logs and reports on daily activities
- Ensure equipment inventory and place orders when required
- Maintain expenses and control the budget for maintenance
