The person has to plans, directs, and coordinates the development of business proposals to potential and existing customers.

• Should have experience of proposal working and public procurement.
• Machining or engineering related medium to highly complex components, including setup and operation of a diverse range of machine tools; CNC Lathe experience desired.
• Strong working knowledge and ability to organize and analyze engineering drawings, bills of material, material and process specifications, international standards and customer quality documentation.
• Calculate production costs using established labor rates, material and processing price estimates
• Lead cost estimating
• Control of production jobs to include financial closure and liaison with manufacturing to report and improve processes.
