| Job Description: |
- Gather, review and understand user/departmental requirements.
- Documents and validate user/departmental requirements with respective authorized departmental representatives.
- Present agreed, validate user/departmental requirements to line Manager for Management approval.
- Implement user requirements in relevant Microsoft Tools (SharePoint, Flow, SharePoint Designer, Forms, Excel, Word, Outlook, Skype, MS SQL etc.
- Develop Test Suites and Test, validate end-to-end functionality of implemented solution.
- Supporting Enterprise Quality Assurance, IT Operations in Security, Performance validation and fixing issues.
- Optimizing application for optimal performance and utilization of resources.
- Conduct and complete User Acceptance Testing with authorized departmental representatives.
- Ensure documentation of solution and imparting of training to respective resources.
- Monitoring of application during initial few weeks of rollout.
- Implementation Change Requests.
- Analysis and resolution of user reported issues
