Job Description:

Reports To: Business Development Executive and General manager

Job Requisites:  

  • Freshly graduated.

  • Should have their own conveyance.

  • Highly professional in the work environment.

  • Composure and Patience.

 Job Purpose: A Critical thinker who identifies customer support issues and consistently exceeds performance standards by providing competitive customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Provide thorough support and problem resolution for customers.

  • Maintain composure and patience when facing difficult customer situations.

  • Will be well coordinated with the developers to resolve customer issues and queries.

  • Will be well coordinated with the deployment department.   

  • Perform data entry efficiently.

  • Will collect monthly payments from all the existing clients.
