Monitoring of proview application / ATM's configured on proview and taking appropriate steps as per defined SOP's

Support to field staff during configurations / installation & re installation of ATM's

Addition of ATM's / Removal of ATM's in proview application

Addition / up gradation of credentials in proview as per demand of customer

Reports extraction & submission

Remotely access to ATM's to perform activities as per defined SOP's
