Job Description:
  • Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
  • Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
  • Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help features, instructions, product documentation and others
  • Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications
  • Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
  • Create and maintain the information architecture
  • Assist with internal training on product features and new releases
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills:

  • Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation
  • Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable
  • Must be a self-starter and be able to learn on the go
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously and meet deadlines
  • Basic familiarity with software development
  • Requires excellent written and verbal communications
  • Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to bridge business and technical environments, and ability to build professional relationships
