Job Description:

Work Shop Manager

Automotive repair and maintenance of Japanese cars, van, buses and Trucks

We are looking for a Work Shop Manager

This is a permanent position based in Japan and will require mandatory relocation.

Company will sponsor work visa

Requirements

1. Degree in Automobile Engineering or equivalent

2. Minimum 10 years, hands on automotive repair experience, including 5 year experience in a managerial post for a 3S car dealership or Authorized Service Center (Suzuki, Toyota, Honda, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Hino, Hyundai, Kia)

3. Salary as per experience + Benefits (Medical Insurance + House rent support, Transportation Allowance , Pension , Annual Bonus , etc as per Japanese Employment laws)

IMPORTANT :

Must have significant hands on experiences of repairing vehicles from Japanese manufactures.

Will be required to shortlist and recruit a team comprising of following as probationary task. Team should also be willing to relocated to Japan

Work Shop Supervisor – Automotive repair and maintenance

Technical diploma and other certifications

Minimum 10 year experience preferable in Authorized Service Center (Suzuki, Toyota, Honda, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Hino, Hyundai, Kia)

Denters / Penal beater with experience as Painter – Automotive repair and maintenance

Minimum 10 year experience preferable in Authorized Service Center (Suzuki, Toyota, Honda, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Hino, Hyundai, Kia)

Electricians – Automotive repair and maintenance

Electrical diploma and other certifications

Minimum 10 year experience preferable in Authorized Service Center (Suzuki, Toyota, Honda, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Hino, Hyundai, Kia)

Mechanics– Automotive repair and maintenance

Technical diploma and other certifications

Minimum 10 year experience preferable in Authorized Service Center (Suzuki, Toyota, Honda, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Hino, Hyundai, Kia)
