Data Entry Operator is responsible to assist higher Production Management for smooth running and management of ERP database within Production module

1. Responsible to put timely production plan as per demand for each shift

2. Generates section-wise store requisitions for raw material issuance for intended production operation

3. Enter all production data (Finished Good Transfers to Dispatch, Work-in-Process to store) in ERP data base within specific formats and forms for each production section and Store Sections (work-in-process sections)

4. Oversee and ensure all data entered is correct and make corrections if required till next date with the approval from higher production management.

5. Oversee and monitor raw materials issuance from store and ensure it is correct in terms of quantity and cost

6. Enter and maintain production data and assist higher production management for data manipulation via different office tools as per directions

7. Assist higher production management in coordinating with Human Resource Department

8. All other duties assigned by higher production management
