| Job Description: |
- Analyze requirements and work with stake holders to identify quality issues
- Create functional and nonfunctional test cases
- Perform manual testing and repeated regression testing with a high level of accuracy
- Develop and maintain automated regression framework and tests - would be a plus.
- Analyze obstacles and overcome them in a timely manner
- Write clear and concise defects
- Follow up on issues and see them to completion
- Think critically about how customers will interact with the web application
- Work directly with Developers, Business Analyst and Management in resolving issues in a proactive way
- Lead and participate in technical meetings
- Be consistently productive without direct supervision
- Schedule work based on priorities and risk based heuristics
