| Job Description: |
| The desired candidate will be required to develop and lead the Production, QA and HSE systems in the Production department and collaborate with the Sales, Engineering, Procurement Stores, QAQC and HR Admin departments, to ensure on-time completion of all projects.
The candidate MUST be well versed with the QA and HSE needs of the PEB (pre-engineered buildings) industry and should have experience of leading a team of more than 30 individuals.
The right candidate will be required to assess the material and man power needs of the Production department, based on the fabrication plan per project and share and track Production plans with the senior management, on a day-to-day basis.
The desired candidate will also be accountable for ensuring the complete deployment and adherence of Maintenance Repair system in the Production department.
The candidate will also be in-charge of the Site Erection team, which is responsible for ensuring on-time erection of all projects, at customer sites, with Quality and Safety. |
