| Job Description: |
| The desired candidate will be required to lead a multi-dimensional team, consisting of Estimation Engineers, Design Engineers and Detailers. He/She will be required to contribute to the Business Strategy of the organization and lead the development, deployment and adherence of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) in the Design Department. The right candidate MUST be good at inter-personal skills and issue resolution, in order to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver quality product, at the lowest possible price, to the customer. He/She will be expected to lead Quarterly Department Performance Reviews with Senior Leadership. The right candidate will be responsible for obtaining design approvals from competent athorities (such as NESPAK ECSP). He/She will be expected to support Production Department, in managing Inventory Stock Levels for Raw Materials and in optimizing Raw Material Utilization in all projects. The candidate will be required to lead the estimation, designing and detailing of multiple projects at a time. |
