| Job Description: |
The ideal candidate should:
- Hold a Bachelors degree in (Electronic/Telecom/Electrical/Computer).
- Have 2 to 3 Years of relevant work experience.
- Specialization in the area of IN VAS, preferably Ericsson IN and Huawei VAS Platforms.
Job Description
- Responsible for customer complaints handling for INVAS, including Ericsson IN, Huawei VAS platforms (CRBT, SMSC).
- Carry out corrective maintenance tasks including emergency handling, alarm handling, Faulty hardware replacement.
- Conduct first level troubleshooting of issues and coordination with Level-2 for issues resolution
- Coordination for INVAS projects during site surveys, installation, commissioning, integration and ATPs.
Essential Skills
- Knowledge of Telecom systems and processes
- Troubleshooting Experience
- Hands on experience of Ericsson IN, Huawei SMSC, CRBT.
- Knowledge of IP, SS7 and analyze relevant traces
- Strong knowledge of Ericsson IN, Huawei VAS entities.
Desirable Skills
- Reporting, Analytical, Communication and Interpersonal.
- MS Power point, MS Excel, MS Visio, MS Word
