| Job Description: |
The ideal candidate should:
- Hold at least a Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electronic/Telecom/Electrical/Computer).
- 1 to 2 Years preferably in Core Team of Telecom Operator or Vendor.
Job Description
- Responsible for Complaint resolution and troubleshooting of NSS / IP Nodes
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IP and Communication layers.
- Conduct analysis of C7 and BICC traces
- Responsible for fault clearance and analysis of Core Entities for hardware and software trouble shooting.
- Generate statistical reports and Analysis for Core Network KPIs and follow-up with peer teams for network optimization
- Follow-up with NOC Support for Trouble Ticket Management and providing necessary support for issue resolution
- Roster Duty for first level support on Core, IN and IP/MPLS Nodes
Essential Skills
- Knowledge of Telecom systems and processes
- Troubleshooting Experience
Desirable Skills
- Reporting, Analytical, Communication and Interpersonal.
