| Job Description: |
- Responsible to attend and resolve the complaints on behalf of Makkays with the coordination of concern Lab In charge.
- Willing to travel on public transport on regular basis.
- Direct reporting and acknowledgment to concern Lab during and after every job assignment.
- Daily update the status of all jobs assigned to him.
- Responsible to receive and dispatch the material which may send through courier company from and to our office - where required.
- Quick response to customer sites against each job/assignment.
- Must have a computer and a bike.

Candidate should have the hands on experience of installation, repair & maintenance of high rating three phase UPS Systems and can handle the all technical issues independently
Good know-how of board-level electronics troubleshooting, diagnostics and good soldering capability.
Understanding of Power Systems /UPS repair(compulsory)
Good team player with ability to lead
Excellent time management skills
Ability to perform under pressure |
