| Job Description: |
General -
To develop and implement departmental standard procedure (SOPs) and work instruction (WIs).
-
To implement Quality Management System, Environmental Management System and Occupational Health Safety System with the department.
-
To ensure all working person with in department are properly trained.
Administrative
-
To recommend the hiring of workers.
-
To sanction leaves of subordinate.
-
To recommend and assign overtime.
-
To apprise and forward the performance of subordinate to Senior Manager.
-
To recommend subordinates gate pass (short leave).
-
To raise forward purchase requisition of spares
-
To raise work order for outdoor/indoor work
Professional:
-
Provide technical assistance (electronics) to all departments.
-
To ensure proper maintenance running of Plants machinery is carried out with in minimum time.
-
Follow up Preventive maintenance schedule of Plant machinery
-
To ensure the awareness of Safety practice through out the Department
-
To ensure routine inspection of plant machinery is carried out.

i. Knowledge of Electrical / Electronics Circuit System.
ii. Knowledge of Machine Operating System.
iii. Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting.
iv. Knowledge of troubleshooting and repairing of Electronic Equipments
v. Computer literate. |
