Job Description:

• Over all maintenance of Plant, Production, Machines and equipment.

• Daily Break down maintenance and keep its record for future references.

• Daily breakdowns report with reasons and action plan. Plant machines preventive and corrective maintenance.

• Managing and supervising a team of maintenance associates including maintenance officer/foreman

• Preparation of annual Preventive maintenance, PM check sheets, Lubrication / Oiling and servicing schedule, S.O.P etc

• Preparation of maintenance reports i.e. Daily activities, Monthly & annual reports, problem & fault analysis report, B.O.Q, Annual Budget, feasibility reports and presentations.

• Ensure the availability of spare parts for both Preventive and corrective maintenance.

Overhauling of various plant machinery

Required Skills:

1- Technical skills
2- Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written)
3- Must have worked in an ERP based environment
4- Ability to improve technical skills of the team by conducting trainings
