| Job Description: |
| The ideal candidate should:
- Hold at least a Bachelors degree in Telecom, Electrical or Electronic engineering
- Should have at least 3 - 4 years of relevant work experience
Job Description
- Manage and execute monthly rollouts for the Installation and Commissioning of BTS, BSC, Battery Banks, Power Enclosure, Power Cute, Rectifier, Antenna, Feeder Cable, MW Generator.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure all targets are met
- Manage the VSWR Testing and Rectification of systems related issues
- Responsible for the rectification of Alarms on Sites.
- Perform Quarterly Battery health cheeks test (Load test, Conductance Test, Backup Test)
- Monitor Site Alarms using M2000 T2000.
- Manage the Cutover/Migration of Cell sites from One BSC to another BSC.
- Conduct On-Site Trouble Shooting of Equipment.
- Manage site acceptance from Motorola, HUAWEI and handover to Operation.
- Manage Nano BTS soft configuration using
- Raise ECRF using Maximo execute up-gradation, expansion plans.
- Calculate Hardware for RAN proposed New Sites, Expansions, MBTS raising IRs deploying hardware.
