| Job Description: |
Fulcrum Pvt ltd. is looking for General Manager Production for one of it's leading Pharmaceutical client.
- Responsible for Planning, Scheduling and control of overall Production activities against marketing/distribution forecast.
- Lead manufacturing process & packaging operation improvements.
- Find areas to improve yield, productivity & reduce wastages using OEE & Business Excellence tools.
- Ensure Management is updated routinely on major mishaps effecting the product delivery either due to material shortages or machine breakdowns etc.
- Introduce concept of built-in quality by establishing an in-process control department within manufacturing and packaging.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing (Non-Sterile & Sterile ) & Operation Excellence.
Education: Engineering degree + MBA from a reputed institution
Age Bracket: 45 to 55 Years
