ROLE IN THE ORGANIZATION

He/she is:

• Part of the SIF team, as a key player ;
• Performing all actions and producing all documents, feedback, and links that will allow the SIF to achieve its objectives and provide self-audit and monitoring capacity.

 ACTIVITIES

Objective:Assists and support the  Departments with the following tasks;

Activities:

• Proper arrangement and maintenance of Data both hard and soft forms.
• Assist in coordination with external stakeholders.
• Scanning of documents after month-end closing.
• Ensure all letters and other necessary documents are scanned and saved in the system.
• Ensure filing of all documents on monthly basis.
• Filing of other documents related to other institutions in the relevant files.
• Proper tagging of all files as per the given format and arrangement of all files in the racks properly.
• Follow up with field offices regarding sharing of data on regular basis.

This list is not limited; the employee may be required to perform any other task necessary and compatible with its functions assigned by the Supervisor.
