| Job Description: |
- Assisting in the planning and implementation of field activities
- Conducting research on community needs, resources, and potential partners
- Supporting the recruitment and training of volunteers and community members to participate in field activities.
- Participating in field visits and assessments to evaluate the impact of the organization's programs and services.
- Assisting in the development and distribution of informational materials and resources to support field activities.
- Maintaining accurate records and data on field activities, including participant demographics, program outputs and outcomes, and budget expenditures.
- Collaborating with other departments within the organization, including program management, finance, and communications, to ensure field activities are aligned with organizational goals and strategies.
- Staying up-to-date on trends and best practices in community engagement and program design, and contributing ideas to improve field activities.
