| Job Description: |
- Assisting in the planning and execution of fundraising campaigns, events, and activities.
- Researching potential donors and sponsors, and identifying new fundraising opportunities.
- Maintaining donor and sponsor databases, and ensuring that donor information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Drafting and editing fundraising materials such as appeal letters, brochures, and social media posts.
- Providing support to the fundraising team in the coordination of fundraising events, including logistics, communication, and follow-up.
- Assisting in the processing and acknowledgment of donations, and providing timely and accurate reports on fundraising activities.
- Collaborating with other departments within the organization, including marketing, communications, and finance, to ensure fundraising goals are met.
- Staying up-to-date on trends and best practices in fundraising, and contributing ideas to improve fundraising efforts.
