| Job Description: |
Principal Responsibilities:
- Responsible for SAP Plant Maintenance Module utilization and integration with Preventive Maintenance Plan, implementation on day-to-day tasks being performed.
- Assist Assistant Manager Operations in implementation of Plant Preventive Maintenance plan effectively to reduce the breakdowns and unplanned downtimes.
- Develop and maintain Maintenance KPIs report and share on daily and monthly basis (as per format shared by AM Operations).
- Assist AM Operations in Execution of new Projects as per Project draft.
- Develop the Engineering Spares Store inventory level and manage the Physical & System based issuance controls.
- lead the Mechanical and Electrical faults troubleshooting for all plant machines.
- Ensure the GMP and OHSAS compliance in all activities being done in Maintenance Department.
- Preparing analytical and statistical reports on maintenance activities and work on cost saving / operational efficiency proposals.
- Recommend and assist in the implementation of goals and objectives; implement approved policies and procedures.
- Ensure the implementation of Technical training plan for departmental workers, prepared by AM Maintenance.
- Attend and participate in all meeting, including HSE/Technical/Departmental, to enhance the personnel skills and capability of the department.
- Participate in investigation and preparation of relevant reports.
