Job Description:

  • Managing day-to-day office operations, including office maintainance, supplies, and equipment.

  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.

  • Overseeing and managing administrative staff, including receptionists, clerks, and administrative assistants.

  • Developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets reports, and other financial documents.

  • Planning and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior executives.

  • Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
