| Job Description: |
Our company is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Solar Design Engineer to join our team. The Solar Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing solar energy systems for commercial, industrial, and residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, renewable energy systems, and solar panel installation.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop solar energy systems for various commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
- Develop and review detailed engineering plans, specifications, and drawings for solar projects.
- Prepare and submit permit applications and other documentation required for solar installations.
- Work closely with project managers, installation teams, and contractors to ensure that solar energy systems are installed according to the design specifications.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in solar technology, equipment, and installation techniques.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on completed solar installations and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers and colleagues on solar energy systems.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in designing and developing solar energy systems.
- Strong knowledge of solar technology, equipment, and installation techniques.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
