| Job Description: |
We are seeking an experiencedTextile Singeing Machine Operatorto join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining our singeing machines to produce high-quality textiles.
Location:Faisalabad
Age:20 or more
Experience:more than one year (Singeing Machine)
Qualification:Middle or more
Job Description:
- Operate and maintain textile singeing machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
- Load fabrics onto the machine and ensure that they are properly aligned and fed through the singeing machine
- Monitor the singeing process to ensure that it is running smoothly and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Inspect the singed fabrics for quality, and make adjustments to the machine as needed to maintain consistent quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance on the singeing machine and clean it regularly to ensure that it operates efficiently and effectively
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment and prevent accidents
- Keep accurate records of production and quality control data, including the number of fabrics processed, production rates, and any quality issues that arise.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with textile machinery is preferred
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Excellent communication skills
