Islamabad Recruitment Company is looking for a " Plant Manager " for one of the Solar Plants.

Note: People from the Sindh region will be preferred.

Qualification: Electrical Engineer

Experience: 5 Years

Job Description:

• He must be an Electrical Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in executing O&M of solar plants
• He would be responsible for safe & smooth O&M of solar power plants using scheduled maintenance plans, unscheduled maintenance & routine maintenance plans.
• Must ensure 99% availability of three solar plants.Must be responsible for safe & smooth operation through checklists, work permits, Tagging of breakers & strictly following work procedures.
• Maintain spare parts inventory by identifying & ordering spares through procurement, following procurement procedures
• Must issue daily, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly & Annual plant performance reports.Monitor control room operators' & Electrical Technicians' work.
• Should be responsible to maintain discipline at three plants.Coordinate with the Admin/security officer for smooth operation.
• The job will be on a 24/7 rotational basis.Liaison with regulators like RPCC/NPCC, NTDC & DISCO for Meter readings and other relevant jobs
• Liaison with Electrical inspector for annual inspection.Liaison with SEPA authority for approval & annual report generation.
• Manage Rota & leave the plan of the whole management & staff working at both plants
• Coordinate with Admin /security officer for admin/site security issues including accommodation, messing & logistics.
• Responsible for QHSE including the generation of reports every month.
• Responsible for the arrangement of water & disposal of water, oil, grease consumables
• Coordinate with the Owner wherever required
