In order to be a qualified Muslim scholar, one must have a deep understanding and knowledge of Islamic beliefs and principles.

A qualified Muslim scholar should have an advanced level of religious education, typically obtained through an Islamic seminary, university, or other accredited religious institution.

Additionally, a qualified Muslim scholar must be well-versed in the English Language & Arabic language as many of the Islamic scriptures are written in Arabic.

The scholar must also be capable of interpreting Islamic texts .
