Job Description:

Lead and direct the routine functions of the Administration Department

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department.
  • Oversees the daily workflow of the department
  • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
  • Administering attendance, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Formulating the strategic plan and general affairs policies and procedures.
  • Controlling all administration work and associated budget
  • Improving and developing various kinds of administrative services for enhancing quality and efficiency.
  • Managing office facilities, maintenance, security, electrical, horticulture and vehicles.
