The ideal candidate should have a passion for writing and a strong understanding of job market trends and recruitment processes. The role will require a commitment to meeting deadlines and producing high-quality work that meets the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Write compelling and effective resumes and cover letters that highlight the strengths and achievements of job seekers
• Utilize industry-specific language and keywords to optimize clients' resumes for ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their career goals and qualifications
• Collaborate with the team to ensure client satisfaction and achieve project goals
• Stay current on job market trends and updates to the recruitment process

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience writing resumes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce error-free work
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of ATS and ability to optimize resumes and cover letters for these systems
