| Job Description: |
- Oversee the production process and coordinates all activities to ensure enough resources on hand.
- Effectively plan workers's schedules, estimate costs, and prepare budgets to ensure workflow meets required deadlines.
- Must be able to execute 95% of on time delivery commitments.
- Must be able to identify (C Players/poor performing employees) and do the needful for their production efficiency including immediate hiring and firing.
- Implement 90% or more of (Lean 6 Sigma) within 6 months deadline.
- Deliver monthly report and presentation regarding 1) cost reduction, 2) training and 3) improvements in operation, machinery, and people.
- Drive the creation, experimentation, and optimization of product-led growth initiatives
- Flexibility/adaptability. Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions. Copes effectively with complexity and change.
- Calm under pressure. Maintains stable performance when under heavy pressure or stress.
- Drive the creation, experimentation, and optimization of product-led growth initiatives.
- Ensure strong collaboration and communication across the company and build consensus on the product roadmap.
